This is not a real store. They just resell stuff from Cosmaroma. My husband found “Reno Super Store” when he was looking online for flooring. We wanted to see the samples in person and the Reno Superstore customer service told us they didn’t have a location in our city so we had to go to North York to see the samples. We drove over an hour to the address listed on google and it took us to a Cosmaroma. We have a Cosmaroma store in our city. We wasted half a day and half a tank of gas because of this fraudulent “company”.

A complete nightmare. Paid thousands up front based on promises that were never fulfilled. Seven months later, there’s still no product and communication has essentially disappeared.

I’ve been in the renovation industry for decades and have worked with many vendors, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Proceed with extreme caution.

BEWARE if hoping to use Ottawa pickup location. I called to verify lead time ahead of placing the order. Lead time was reasonable so I ordered the product and selected their Ottawa pickup location.
Days later I receive a phone call saying that the Ottawa warehouse isn’t available right now. No real explanation on as to why, or why it’s still an option on their site. They did offer me full price shipping to my address at $160.
I cancelled the order & will be hesitant to shop here again despite their competitive pricing.

This place is a scam. They took my order and I paid in January. As of June they still had not contacted me or returned multiple emails and phone messages.
I finally just went to the address from google maps - it is another company's actual warehouse where you can pick things up. They called the Reno Superstore guy but would not give me his direct number.
Finally the guy got in touch and said he would give me a refund. I have not received the refund yet.
Stay away!

I am updating this review as they have responded below. They reviewed my case in JUNE and promised a refund. It has still not come through! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
